Proud American

Regardless of which candidate wins the election I am thankful for the opportunity to vote! A special thanks today to our Founding Fathers for the courage and dedication! Thank you to our Veterans who fought and continue to fight to keep our freedoms. Thank you to all those early suffragettes who paved the way so that today I, as a woman, can vote along side the men.

So, my grandma was in her teens when women won the right to vote. I wish I could ask her what she thought/felt when it all happened.
